I'm pimping the Hochuuami Doujinshi contest to everyone! YAY

You can simply click here for the rules and prizes people! if you're too lazy to click, these are the rules and prizes :

BASICS!

* 4 pages! Can have a fifth as a title page, but it's optional
* Paper size is up to you as a default to start with try 700 height x 1000 width
* Can be colored (traditional or computer) or black and white (i.e. screentoned or such)
* Original or fan-based doujinshi work (meaning your own characters or using characters from a known series)
* We request that the work be boys love oriented. It may be s-ai or harder, but we are not looking for het, yuri or hentai. General with shonen-ai overtones is welcome, though.


WILL BE JUDGED ON

* Creativity
* Story (clarity, depth)
* Artistic achievement


ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE - inside a .txt document with the .zip of your pages

* screenname
* e-mail
* title of your story
* fandom - if it's a doujinshi which fandom is it (such as Prince of Tennis or Naruto)
* a link to your art site (if applicaple) [will not be looked at by the judges]




WINNERS
so what do I get if I win?

TRAFFIC
For the top 3 winners hochuuami will forever host your entry and a link to your art site. This may not sound like much, but on average hochuuami is visited by 3,000 UNIQUE hits a day. Which means there's a giant possibility of many people enjoying your work and many hits to your art site (however you don't need one to apply).

RECOGNITION
The winner may also be incorporated into hochuuami's main design with a direct link to your art site on the main page. Also, each winner will recieve direct downloads for all hochuuami releases.

CHOICES
The top three winners will also have a chance to be part of Dragonfly's staff. I.E. You can help out choosing projects and possibly see your choices come to be scanlated.

PRIZES
The winner will be given a 25.00 gift certificate made out to amazon.com US.

SENDING in your entry

hochuuami will be accepting entries through a seperate e-mail address to insure size can be met. We request the doujinshi to be sent it as a .zip with a .txt document with the entry items stated. Our e-mail for this: hochuuami_djs[at]yahoo.com.


Entries will be accepted until July 20, 2005.
